To buy an acoustic bass guitar and to keep on with my positive addiction to learning the bass and finding the best notes by experimentation. Ok that should be pretty easy, now I have tested out a beautiful Arco 3/4 double bass from Animato, and a cheapo Artist pbass guitar and amp. Something in between. Both the pbass and the Arco have been sold on to happy owners.
Listening to some of the initial music that has drawn me to the sound of the bass, such as Midlife Crisis from the old Faith No More - that I had on tape and played on my walkman!
Diesel was also an early inspiration with the live version of Rhythm of Your Soul being one I heard just a little while ago. Pearl Jam's Ten was an emotional and painfilled musical ear expansion. My dad knew how much I loved Pearl Jam, so one Christmas I got a black Ten t-shirt. Skunkhour have definitely inspired me to explore bass on the funkier side of playing styles, the first CD I bought when I was 16 was Feed.
Also classical will be an interesting genre to persue on the acoustic bass, and Catholic church hymns, choral songs, and all of those haunting and sad funeral pieces such as Faure's Requiem. Or any of the other requiem compositions.
My aunt believes me to be a bass player and she is a Master of music. A friend who plays and makes electric guitars and basses told me I have good rhythm, when I played on one his handmade basses!
I know I have rhythm! It is great to be supported though, as I would be able to hear a mushroom growing in a distant forest if I did not play bass! It would be pretty boring!
I am hoping after a recent hospitalisation for 6 days with a swollen pancreas - of unknown diagnosis, even after blood tests, 2 CT scans, audio and visual ultrasound, an endoscopy through my mouth by a specialist..
Nothing was found, or why I had suddenly thrown up the day before I was hospitalised. I visited my GP, had a CT scan and the next day turned up ready to go to the gym after being at the dentist for some much needed dental work - done for free on a care plan because I have chronic fatigue syndrome, and have had that since winter of 2007. The CT had such alarming results to the GP that they immediatley called for an ambulance to take me to emergency.
I was feeling quite terrible. A similar thing happened out of the blue when I was on the way to the train station on my dual suspesion mountain bike. I suddenly felt dizzy and too hot, and then threw up in the parking lot of the train station. I told myself to ignore it and managed to get the train that took 2 hours to the city. I was studying Digital Animation at JMC Academy, and it was early 2010. I had just begun the Diploma course.
I had sips of an organic ginger tea I bought before class, and was taking charcoal tablets a few days before as I had felt quite congested in my stomach. It was uncomfortable to be in class, but I got through that day. I woke up the next morning and just threw up straight away.
I sought the help of TCM, and had Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture. It helped for me to have herbs and the acupuncture. The therapist diagnosed me as having too much heat. Which I truly did feel, physically, even though the heat he was talking of was of energetic heat.
I could not tolerate the stress of the full time Diploma in Digital Animation, and so I left the course. But because I used an alternative form of medicine and healing, I was not given financial consideration by JMC for leaving after the Census date because the only thing that was seen to be passable as proof of illness was a Medical Certificate from a GP. Which I did not seek, as I was too sick, and also did not see the TCM practitioner until a little while after I had been sick, due to his appointments being full until I was seen.
Some things have to be waited for. Some things are irrelevant to a true state of health. Some things are a choice in this world. I now have a debt to the government and I think it should be erased from the system as I had a relevant health complaint, no matter who I had seen - they are health professionals!
Wow, doesn't the census date debt have something to do with Jesus's birth? I am a Catholic and I have found nothing else but what lies within the spiritual world to be an answer for some things that cannot be explained rationally. I have had many things drawing me into a stronger faith, and I have felt the recent healing power of the Blessed Saint Mary of the Cross, as I knelt at her tomb in North Sydney, in the Mary Mackillop Place Museum and Chapel. My knee has been troubling me for a few years, ever since I slipped in a wet bathroom when dancing Scottish Country Dance rather excitedly! I was learning it at Blackheath, and I ended up on a stretcher going out the door saying to the paramedics, I think I am a Frida Kahlo.
She is one of my favourite artists of all time! I love her dark and exploratory bold work! Her political stance was strong, and she worked so hard even through her worst times in bed with her broken back. Her story is just beautiful, and I love the movie, Frida. A visual feast fit for the artists who love her now, and fitting for her as an artist.
I also want to add another New Years resolution. I will produce more art work, and work on my two oil paintings of The Blessed Saint Mary of the Cross. One was privately commissioned by a rich Catholic man, but I could not properly do the work in time for when it was expected. Nevermind, I di not lose out, that is how I bought the double bass that I had for a little while.
I hope you all have a wonderful New Year celebration, I know I am looking forward to a great party in the tropics - but if there is cyclones, then I will find happiness from some other source. I'll probably just laugh at my imagination, as I always do!

Child Sexual abuse and spiritual abuses

I am a survivor of incestual, psychological and physical abuse. My abuses are extensive. Spiritually, psychologically, physically, telepathically, and sexually abused by Stone Mason immediate family and their cult. Incestual abuse that occurs from the matriarchal side with a believer in "past life" as being a reason for child sexual abuse.
They work with the denying mental health system. I was put into a psych ward in Newcastle in 2006, soon after I was attuned as a Reiki Master. I believe even my reiki teacher is involved in correlation with their abuses, an ex nurse. My father hit me in the ward and I talked to the Psychiatrist about it they did not believe me or persue any action. I asked if they have cameras, they denied it. I believe they lie.
I believe my truth and they lie.
Psychiatric abuses occur as well, under the thumb of loose rules involving almost any form of physical abuse and medicating against a persons will. Abuses occur from the spiritual darknesses. Devils and other dark spiritual rites. I have seen spiders appear and all manner of images and darkness - due to spiritual abuses tying in with sexual, violent and physical abuse. I saw a spider drop down from a web right in front of me when I was in Armidale in NSW in the later winter of 2005. I was just walking along a paved city street, it appeared out of nowhere, and then disappeared before I could find it again.. and since then I have seen many other images falsely portrayed before my eyes, endangering my concentration and safety. What if I am riding my bike and get overwhelmed by images that they have put into me?

The victim/survivor is called a "slave" by the programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived as "master" or "god." About 75% are female, since they possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than males. Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable.

Brian Haw, peace activist has died. Bless his soul.

Brian Haw was famous for his extensively dedicated peace protests for over a decade outside the London Houses of Parliament.
He died at the age of 62. He travelled to Germany at the start of 2011 for cancer treatment.
We mourn the passing of a dedicated activist.

In Memory of Star the dog
We loved her, those who care for the welfare of the animals. She lived underneath the dirt, tied around the mouth, the body. Shot multiple times in the head. Still managed to fight the earthen grave to find air and make a whimpering sound to be heard.
She was rescued, given surgery, they took care of her bullet wounds, they took care of her fragile body and she began to recover. She was given a new owner, and they took her home, only too briefly, before they noticed she was not well enough for them to look after her, and so they took her to the vet again, and she lived out the last of her days with pancreatitis.
She had bravely and amazingly lived these last few months in Malta, and Star deserved her life!
She tried to live and many are in sympathy. Now we, the concerned people are looking for her attacker, the one who shot her in the head and tied her mouth and body, and buried her, leaving her for dead.
They will need to be caught to stop them from getting away with any further horrible crimes!

I have been a vegan before for two years. I lost a huge amount of weight and muscle, withered away, but now I think I should stop endorsing animal cruelty in slaughterhouses and in live export by buying and consuming meat. The animals fear death terribly. They have spirits! They are not to be treated in this way!

Have to take it slow now
Even though it all began in winter of 2007. I have to take it slow now. I have a hernia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and numerous other health conditions stemming from all around that time. Still without an operation for the hernia, but recommended today by the home visiting GP. For some point in the future after ultrasounds and such to see it and assess it more clearly.
I went to see a female doctor who touched quite a palpable swelling that moved to the touch in 2007 after lifting and carrying a heavy computer and monitor in a box to the post office and back several times. The swelling isn't as noticeable but I think I have flooded it - to sort of quote Bill Cosby, Fat Albert.
So I am trying to stay off heavy food, and try to stick to raw fruit and veg. Organic coconut is a most beautiful fruit. And eat slowly when I do eat. And plenty of alkalised water.
And slowly and thoughtfully moving around.

To Destory is not right
Why is it such an issue for people to say no throughout the world?! Why must it be so hard fought a battle to say no?! Why is it that life is not just harmonious, free and happy?!
Why do people seek to control and destory? To destory is to take from the truth of the life lived on earth. The experience of the individual. To destory is to cut down trees, to take from their stories. To destory is to stop the truth of abuses. To destory is to say it is right when it is not the true or entire story. It is a falsification. No more destorying!
All the beings of the future must live in peace.
Stop the destorying! For our future and we choose to live as we all choose to live, that is our right to say no to anything we do not agree to that traps us that stops us from breathing fresh air, from walking freely down the street, from walking down the street at night without any thought of disempowerment. To walk freely is to be with story. Strengthen and tell your story! Make your truth heard!
Oppressed people are spiritually gifted, such as this man - the story he tells is a result of letting go of destorying. The woman he mentions is also gifted, read on to comprehend why.

Electric Chair
The inspiration for my track Electric Chair comes from the actual electric chair executions.

Think of the bunnies this Easter..

The wrongdoing to people in psychiatric institutions is not dissimilar to the oppression and killing off of cultural practices. The sound of my recent recordings
I only have my mobile phone to record sound at present. So that is why it is such poor quality sound, especially with the most recent two samples of good software – it is Native Instruments Kore Player that I made the two most recent sample tracks with.
I am financially bereft at present so I am waiting for the time when I have money for a good recording setup.

The unnecessary testing of animals is an abuse!
Here is a classic example of animal abuse, where they do pointless laboratory tests on cats. The cats cost a few thousand dollars each and are not welfare animals or just any old cat. They have health to start with.
These tests prove nothing, and they can talk in all their scientific jarble as much as they like, or so they think. But it wastes time, it harms the animals – emotionally they get messed up by repetitive testing, and physically they are starved.
Physically they are seen as a test object, nothing more. And this, my friends, is made possible by the supermarket or vet brands of petfood. The last time I had a cat, I tried to feed him natural meat, but even then I used dry food for him to eat, especially as I was studying full time, so he had to have something that would not go off during long hours. You can buy organic pet food. We need assurance that it does not have testing uses on animals, that the companies do not test or allow tests such as the linked one.
I just hope that people see the sense of stopping the foolish behaviours and excuses of science to waste time and money and energy on scientific proving or studies when it is not necessary!!

Animals that do not act the way you expect them to!
I have been motivated to show you some of these type of videos to prove that animals are not always living up to stereotypes.

It all depends on how you treat them, and how well you know their behaviour. A bear will act differently to a tiger or a dolphin. Yet you can tell how they they will act, going on studies of certain types of normal behaviour, the behaviour they will have in the wild when not caged or mistreated.
Animals have feelings and can grow to trust humans, and feel love for them.In fact, right now I have a trusting wild baby gecko running about on my leg! It comes up to me when on the computer after I sit here a while. Maybe an inch long body, and quite thin in its little precious body. I didn’t even intend for that to happen!

How are areas of earthquake and tsunami struck Japan coping?
How did the earthquake and subsequent flooding affect the areas of Hiroshima, and Nagasaki?
Where the nuclear bombing took place over 50 years ago.
Is the nuclear fallback and waste still polluting and destroying the land, the food and other crops, the animals, and the people? Is it carried over land with the flooding? Where are the studies or reports for this savagery of humanity?

Endangered Animals Part 1 African Mountain Gorillas
I have begun to draw and research about the critically endangered Mountain Gorillas of Africa.
They have slow breeding, taking years to reach maturity from birth, and only then do the females have a few babies born in their lifetime.
That is if they survive the current ways of mankind. With tree logging, taking away the trees and edible plants of their wild forest areas ensures that they cannot always eat their natural diet, mostly herbivorous, except for some tree insects, or hide in the trees from predators. And then with needless shooting. A silverback and three females were shot a few years ago. This devastated the animals of the Gorilla family emotionally, they are a tribe of complex animals with feelings. They take so long to reproduce, the mothers have been lost, and they also lost their male elder! He is their leader.

Animal abuses are one thing, feral animals are another
I believe, looking at sites such as this:
That it is perfectly acceptable to commission, contract, or pay qualified and well aimed gun licence holders to shoot feral animals.
Feral animals destroy native endangered species.
They also destroy certain other fauna and flora particular to wild and suburban areas.
Welfare shelters are struggling with possible strays and surrendered animals, as well as the countless ones they humanely kull each day, who have had unmanageable health, old age, or behaviour issues. The RSPCA Yagoona NSW Shelter in the late 90′s used to inject rows of dogs with a death giving humane drug, then spark up for cremation onsite. I was a volunteer there in that time, and saw the deceased canines stiff bodies lined up on their dead backs, legs straight up in the air, awaiting the ash pile.
To kill the feral cats, dogs, cane toads, rats, etc..quickly, with good aim and humanely. That is the best option and the way to try to encourage dwindling species to remain on this earth. Not to become another statistic of man’s stupidity.
Man mucked with nature, man has to implement ways to protect it and stop it degrading any further.

TANKS The Ingredients
What a great workshop!
There were 3 working stations, for 3 different areas of music and promotion of people as solo musicians and also bands and groups, etc.
One station was for professional photographs to be taken. The second was for musical promotion information and contacts. Thirdly, the bio, and how to write it, how to improve it.
We had a supplied lunch inclusive, and the workshop was free to attend so I was impressed with that factor, being a foodie!
I should have my new professional photo by next week sometime.
Looking forward to seeing the result as I have no idea what I will look like!
BTW Happy New Chinese Year! The year of the metal mao.
I saw celebrations and stalls along the Esplanade in Cairns, my local city at present. Dancing dragons and Chinese hairless dogs!
Such a lovely culture with their traditional three piece Silk Ladies, I think they were called.

I have started to research on this rain filled afternoon, the abuses of mental health systems.
I have found this site to be of terrible and truthful stories about Frances Farmer’s life.
She was a rising star. She had a ruined potential, they destroyed her ability to think and remember by electric shock treatment, by abuse, by rape, by experimentation with medication.
So was this list of people ruined by ECT! It causes memory loss, brain damage, and if not medicated against muscle movement, the seizures produced from ECT can cause broken bones!!

Drugs used in mental health have side effects that are documented. And also legally attested to be of harm because of side effects that can be dangerous. Side effects such as muscular spasm. Imagine that when driving a car! How physically limiting.

How others think! It is foolish to ask what a person thinks constantly. thoughts are just there to be thought. Why bother with that?
Have you ever had thoughts of killing yourself? Is a common question. Why is it asked, over and over again, with little total success in suicide prevention.
Or of the awareness of what is actually effective in changing people. To help people is not to pick away at them until they become so frazzled that they actually do have problems thinking or relaxing.
I think the mental health treatment lacks so much and only gives lack to people. It does not give slack to people. It gives slack treatment!!

AFTER ALL MY EFFORT
I had to stop playing music on my PA sonn after I began, so my bellydance busking went to the dogs. But I did get some support from some local girls, and one gave me a bracelet, another gave me some change. To try again another day. And to wait.
Waiting for my new electric p-bass. Not a Fender, just a cheap one, but it will good enough for me to learn on. I wanted a wooden Maya bass years ago when I lived in Newtown. It was under $100, but I couldn’t afford it, was getting even less money from the Government than I am now.
But I have to pay the rent. And my bills, that I can’t even afford!!

I was dancing last night and have had some unusual circumstances that have drained me. I have had chronic fatigue on and off since 2007, and I am getting a bit of a slow down at present so it is best to stop while I am ahead.

APOLOGIES TO ANYONE WHO TURNED UP TO SEE MY 1PM BELLYDANCE SHOW
I am sorry, I could not bellydance today. I have run out of money to get the bus, or anything else for a few days, and am waiting on a proper PA to play the traditional bellydance music. This is definitely to get some decent busking earnings. People look at music, where it is coming from. Then they watch and appreciate it more.
